Mike is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the navigation industry. Mike is a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of Anello Photonics. Mike is the project creator of the GEODNET geospatial reference network. Prior, Mike was CEO and co-founder of Crossbow Technology a leader in developing MEMS sensor system that was successfully sold in 2011 to Moog Aerospace for close to $50M. In 2019, Mike was recognized as a top 50 expert in sensor technology in the world by Sensors Magazine. He has won two consecutive best presentation awards at the Institute of Navigation GNSS+ Conferences in 2021 and 2022 respectively. He has been active in the Silicon Valley angel investment community, and has over 20 patents to his name.

David Chen is a proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Silicon valley. As a blockchain pioneer since 2013, He is full stack blockchain expert ranging from consensus protocols, network and security, to smart contracts and DAPPs. Previously David was the co-founder of multiple blockchain projects including Jingtum, MOAC.

As one of the top experts in his area, Yudan served as a senior director with Aceinna for 3 years. Prior to that, he was a research scientist with Qianxun SI for 2 years, and a senior research scientist with Topcon Positioning Systems for 10 years. Yudan received Ph.D in geodesy from The Ohio State University and B.Sc from Wuhan University.
